Calling All Children Ages 3 to 9!
Come join the Children’s Choir. This ministry has something for everyone:

• Singing
• Dance
• Drama
• Sign Language
• Flag Ministry

The purpose of the Children’s Choir is to allow young children  to tap into the life of the Holy Spirit within them through the vehicle of singing. We use music and singing as tools to motivate children physically and spiritually while activating the life of the Holy Spirit within them. This ministry aims to introduce people at an early age to the concepts of high praise and intimate worship through the gift of music. With simple songs and biblically sound lyrics, we introduce the members of our choir to the nature of God and His characteristics. Also, we encourage the children to use singing in expressing their love and devotion to God.

Additionally, the choir introduces fundamental music concepts, and we request that the children learn some songs outside of rehearsals. Most importantly, this ministry teaches all our members the importance of prayer and its role in the mastery of Christian music. We strongly encourage the children to pray publicly and give them opportunities to develop spiritual leadership skills at a very young age.   

Ministry Goals
The short-term objective of the Children’s Choir Ministry is to have a minimum of thirty young children who consistently attend rehearsals and capture the real purpose of singing and its place in the life of a young believer. Our longer-term goal is to keep approximately fifty young children consistently involved in the ministry who are also capable of doing concerts and perhaps even recordings.
